the rooms were both reasonably spacious, beautifully decorated, complete with king size bed and jacuzzi, as example. the location was great and gorgeous, short walk to mountain and flowing stream and a natural fountain.

Newly renovated and lovely hotel, the services where top-notch, stunning location willing to help with taxis etc. Location: the venue was just next door to a waterfall and Mae Rim, about 45min away from Chiang Mai old city and the cascading stream.
Their staff were moody.
